THAT ONE CHEESE.
Parrano:  it's the cheese everyone comes in the store looking for but can't remember the name of.  Delicious by itself or in recipes, with a nutty-parmesany-aged gouda-y kind of flavor.  Great with Marcona almonds (see next item).  Cow's milk, Netherlands.
THAT CHEESE AND THOSE NUTS.
It's how customers often try to explain which cheese they're looking for, actually:  "You know, the one that goes with those nuts."  Marcona almonds from Spain are roasted in sunflower oil and sea salt, and the addictive results are a Lake Street Market classic when paired with Parrano.  Comes with one cup of almonds.
